This class is built for rib lovers who want to learn how to prep, rub, and smoke a variety of ribs. We are known for our ribs (our guests can’t get enough of them) and we’ll teach you some of our best tips for perfect ribs every time. Our Owner & Pitmaster Andy Husbands will demo 5 different styles of ribs and answer any questions you might have about smoking the competition. And as with all our classes, we’ll take you through a cocktail demonstration and tasting of a selection of whiskeys from Russel’s Reserve. Each guest will receive a comprehensive recipe packet covering all the class recipes, including cocktails.

• Learn about Russel’s Reserve handcrafted approach to distilling with Beam Suntory‘s Brand Ambassador, Patrick Gaggiano.
• Sip on a special Russel’s Reserve whiskey cocktail (while learning how to make it!)
• Taste a variety of Russel’s Reserve whiskeys, including the Smoke Shop BBQ’s Private Barrel selection.
