Surf and Turf, Reef and Beef—whatever you call it, we’re taking it to the next level, BBQ style! As the weather warms up, we’re bringing seafood into the mix with an exclusive lesson from our Pitmaster and grilling expert, Andy Husbands. In this hands-on class, Andy will demonstrate why pairing high-quality meats and seafood creates an unbeatable flavor combination and why mastering great cooking is all about technique, not just recipes. You’ll learn how to smoke, grill, and roast a variety of beef and seafood, along with expertly crafted sides and sauces to complement each dish. To round out the experience, we’ll also feature a whiskey demonstration, and each attendee will receive a recipe packet to take home. Get ready to elevate your grilling game with the best of land and sea!
