Perfect for both beginners and seasoned BBQ enthusiasts, this session will cover essential techniques for smoking and grilling holiday-inspired dishes. Learn from Andy’s expertise as he demonstrates methods to prepare a Smoked Prime Rib, Whole Smoked Pulled Turkey, and other seasonal delights. Whether you’re gearing up for Thanksgiving or planning a winter gathering, this class will equip you with skills to create memorable BBQ dishes that are perfect for any holiday season. Each guest will receive a comprehensive recipe packet covering all the class recipes, including cocktails. And as with all our classes, we’ll take you through a special festive cocktail demonstration and tasting with Horizon Beverage’s, Patrick Gaggiano.

Patrick will showcase how to craft a show-stopping large-format Old Fashioned—perfect for impressing guests at your next holiday gathering. Plus, you’ll take home not just the cocktail recipe but also a selection of delicious food recipes from the class.
