Our Big Beef class is for those who love beef. Take your beef game to a whole new level with a class from our Pitmaster and expert, Andy Husbands. Andy will showcase how to use charcoal and hardwood grills and smokers, and show you the tools, tips, and tricks you need to become a pro in your back yard. Included is a demonstration on how to smoke, grill, and roast 4 different cuts of beef along with complementary garnishes and sauces. If you’re passionate about BEEF, then this class is for you. We’ll also include a cocktail demonstration and recipe packets for each attendee.

THE BEEF:

• Butcher Paper Wrapped Wagyu Brisket
• Big Beef Ribs – Garnished with kimchi and chimichurri
• Smoked Prime Rib – Au jus
• Steak Tips – Old School New England style

THE WHISKEY:

Whiskey tasting/presentation:

• Learn about a handcrafted approach to distilling with a Brand Ambassador from Beam Suntory
• Sip on a special whiskey cocktail (while learning how to make it!)
• Taste a variety of whiskeys, including the Smoke Shop BBQ’s Private Barrel selection.

Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable via a single e-gift card. Cancel within 72 hours of the class to be refunded 50% of the ticket cost via a single e-gift card.
