Surf and Turf, Reef and Beef, whatever you want to call it, we’re perfecting it (BBQ style of course). Just in time for warmer weather, we’re adding seafood into the mix with a lesson from our Pitmaster and expert, Andy Husbands. Andy will showcase why high-quality meats and seafood are a match made in heaven, and why great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. Included is a demonstration on how to smoke, grill, and roast different types of beef and seafood along with complementary sides and sauces. We’ll also include a cocktail demonstration and recipe packets for each attendee.

Whiskey tasting/presentation led by Carl McCoy:
- Learn about The Smoke Shop BBQ’s Private Barrel Collection with Smoke Shop’s very own Director of Operations, Carl McCoy.
- Sip on a special private barrel whiskey cocktail (while learning how to make it!)
- Taste a variety of our private barrels, including whiskey, bourbon, and rye.
