Day 1: Friday, January 17th, 6:00 – 9:30pm

• Dive into brisket mastery with Pitmaster and BBQ champ Andy Husbands as he teaches you how to trim, butcher, and inject your very own brisket. Plus, you will be able to take home your finished product on Saturday.
• Mix it up by crafting your own signature BBQ rub after learning the secrets behind a variety of BBQ-style rubs.
• Fried chicken dinner with all the fixings.
• Enjoy a whiskey adventure with a tasting and presentation of Maker’s Mark whiskeys, featuring The Smoke Shop BBQ’s exclusive Private Barrel selection.

Day 2: Saturday, January 18th, 11:30-2:00pm

• Andy will give an in-depth demo and tour of a brisket with a discussion about smoking, wrapping, and slicing.
• Next, we will have a blind taste test, sampling everyone’s brisket and casting your vote for the top contender. The winner scores a shiny trophy and bragging rights.
