Expand your BBQ horizons with Pitmaster Andy Husbands as he takes you on a flavorful journey around the world using the Big Green Egg. This class will focus on mastering global BBQ techniques while walking you through the elements of the EGG and what makes this grill so versatile. Whether you’re new to the EGG or a BBQ aficionado, you’ll gain valuable skills and recipes to impress at your next BBQ gathering. As with all our classes, we’ll take you through a cocktail demonstration and tasting of select whiskeys from our private barrel collection!

• KALBI- Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs served two ways – Traditional and Andy’s Style;

THE WHISKEY:
Join Mary Andrew of Catoctin Creek Distilling Company for a guided tasting of some of their most acclaimed spirits. Known as “The Virginia Rye Whisky,” Catoctin Creek has built a reputation for producing award-winning, organic, grain-to-glass rye whiskies with remarkable character and depth. During this special tasting, you’ll explore a lineup that includes Roundstone Rye 80, Roundstone Rye 92 Proof “Distiller’s Edition”, Roundstone Rye Cask Proof, and the uniquely flavorful Hot Honey Rye. As you sip, Mary will share the story of Catoctin Creek’s beginnings, their dedication to sustainability, and how they’ve become one of the most respected rye producers in the country.
