If your New Year’s resolution is to eat more responsibly, we’re here to ruin it. Join us on January 13, 2027, and kick off the new year with Hell Night: Hills & Valleys, a five-course meal designed to test your tolerance to heat.

Guests will climb and descend through five fiery courses, from a hill of buffalo-blasted ribs to a mountain-sized bowl of Texas Penitentiary Chili loaded with ghost and reaper peppers, staggered with cooling valleys of Korean noodles and smoked tamales to catch your breath before your next climb. In the end, everyone will end up on The Other Side, where the Devil’s Pineapple Upside Down Cake proves that even dessert isn’t safe.

Vegetarians, don’t get too comfortable. A vegetarian version of the Hell Night menu is available, featuring the same five fiery hills and valleys. The only thing we’re leaving out is the meat.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and will be required to sign The Smoke Shop BBQ’s infamous Hell Night waiver before the first course is served. When purchasing tickets, please select your menu below. If your group has different menu selections, you will need to add the tickets to your cart separately.

The First Hill

Hell Bones– Buffalo ribs to the extreme, blue cheese crema, pickled celery

Ticket price includes 18% gratuity. Taxes and fees will be applied at the time of checkout. By purchasing ticket, buyer acknowledges that the event is for guests aged 18+ only and that a spicy food waiver is required at the time of the event. Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable via a single e-gift card. Cancel within 72 hours of the class to be refunded 50% of the ticket cost via a single e-gift card.
