Let’s face it: sharing a dinner at home with your friends is a lot of fun but the thought of cooking for a group may send you running for the hills.  In this class, Pitmaster Andy Husbands (who’s been hosting parties since before he could drive) talks you through how to host a memory-making Backyard BBQ that your friends AND YOU will enjoy.   We’re talking pizza on the grill, a burger bar, and a clam dish created by Andy’s best friend Chris Hart. In addition to all this knowledge and we’re betting plenty of laughs, you’ll enjoy lunch, and a whiskey tasting or cocktail demonstration. Plus, you’ll receive a recipe packet to recreate these dishes at home.
