What’s Included
This year’s Holiday BBQ boxes build on the favorites from previous years; classic BBQ meats, hearty sides, and our signature desserts, all prepared with the slow-smoked, competition-style care we’re known for. Options cover full-service catering, bulk BBQ trays, and curated holiday boxes designed to feed holiday gatherings of all sizes.

All items will be boxed up cold and include reheating instructions when you pick up.

Menu Highlights
Meats: Texas-Style Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, 1st-Place Pork Ribs, Burnt Ends, Hot Links, Signature Wings.

Sides: Cornbread (with honey-sea-salt butter), Pimento Mac & Cheese, Sweet & Spicy Coleslaw, Brussels Sprouts with onion jam & lemon vinaigrette, and more.

Desserts: Holiday Butter Cake (our signature Butter Cake) — a beloved staple for Christmas catering.

We can also accommodate dietary preferences with vegetarian and vegan options where requested (as in past holiday and regular catering).

– Orders must be placed by December 19 to ensure timely prep.
– Pickup will take place December 23, between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., at your selected Smoke Shop location.
– All orders are boxed cold, with reheating instructions included.
