Entry Period: August 18, 2024-August 31, 2024
The Smoke Shop BBQ will select a winner within one week of the conclusion of the promotion. The winner will be contacted via email.
WHO CAN ENTER: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years old or older except the employees or immediate family of The Smoke Shop BBQ.
HOW TO ENTER: Entrants can sign up for The Smoke Shop BBQ Loyalty App and/or can submit their information via the Official Submission Form online at Thesmokeshopbbq.com. Entries may not be emailed directly, mailed to, or submitted in any other formats to the Smoke Shop BBQ. Only one entry is allowed per person. All prior loyalty app members will be considered automatically official entrants.
DEADLINES AND ENTRIES: Entries submitted via the Official Submission Form online at Thesmokeshopbbq.com must be submitted between August 18, 2024 and August 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. The Smoke Shop BBQ reserves the right to contact the entrants.

RESTRICTIONS: Open only to legal U.S. residents (including its territories and the District of Columbia) who are at least 21 years old. Employees of the Smoke Shop BBQ, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. No cash value.

WINNER: At the conclusion of the entry period, a winner will be selected at random from all the eligible entrants. There will be one winner. The selection will be final and binding in all respects.
