Memo grew up between San Vicente, El Salvador & Valley Stream and Long Island, NY. With an extensive background in the restaurant industry, Memo has worked at numerous businesses, including Bella Luna & The Milkyway for 7 years in Jamaica Plain and The Smoke Shop BBQ for almost 2 years.

Memo is the General Manager of our East Boston location, with job duties including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of customer service in order to drive sales.
