Coming from a Navy family in Connecticut, CJ moved to Boston and completed several degrees from Simmons University. With almost 20 years of hospitality experience, CJ has worked for several Boston restaurants, including our Pitmaster/Owner Andy Husbands’ last restaurant, Tremont 647.

As the Catering and Events Manager, CJ brings hospitality to all of our on- and off-site events. CJ works closely with our culinary teams and restaurant managers, and is involved in all of aspects of our events. Whether it is taking care of a large order, hosting a party at your home or venue, or designing a a special Smoke Shop event at one of our locations, CJ will make sure your next celebration is a special one.

Favorite thing about working at the Smoke Shop: Creating relationships! Before stepping into this role, I created great relationships with both front and back of house of staff. These friendships have helped me create a smooth transition when stepping into my role as Catering and Events Manager.

Where you can find her on a day off: Jumping on the trampoline with my three little girls at my home on the South Shore, watching movies with my husband, and playing with my dog, Pocket.

Another fun fact: CJ is a certified cicerone!
