Our Big Beef class is so much more than just smoking a beef rib. Using recipes from our first cookbook (and Andy’s 6th), The Smoke Shop’s Backyard BBQ, our Pitmaster Andy Husbands will walk you through smoking 4 different cuts of beef (below) as well as some rubs and sauces. In addition, Andy will talk about a number of smokers and BBQ tools he uses at home. Your ticket includes a meal featuring meats made in the class, a bourbon demonstration, and gratuity.
