Our Big Beef class is for those who love beef. Pitmaster, Andy Husbands, will walk you through smoking 5 different cuts of beef as well as 3 complementary additions to the beef. Andy will discuss and use a number of smokers and BBQ tools he uses at home. We’ll also include a cocktail demonstration and recipe packets for each attendee.
