Nothing quite captures the NY spirit like Hudson Whiskey. Their goal; make whiskey in NY for the first time since prohibition. Before craft distilleries were commonplace in the US, Ralph Erenzo opened his first distillery in upstate NY in 2003. He didn’t play by the rules and fought for his whiskey. Challenging laws; he paved the way forward for craft distillers across the US.
Creating whiskey that is bold yet refined; artful but unapologetic; Hudson Whiskey distilled the NY attitude. Using high-quality grain from local farmers, they get the purest expression of every grain. Like New York itself, their whiskey is in a class of its own.
