Join Pitmaster Andy Husbands for a class all about chicken and wings. You’ll learn to make several types of rubs and Andy will teach you how to make the Smoke Shop’s famous wings as well as two styles of whole smoked chickens. You’ll then make your own rub and compete in a wing competition for the chance to win a trophy and your class fee refunded in the form of a gift card (to be used at a later date).

The class will be followed by a cocktail demonstration, as well as a special lunch prepared by Andy. Your ticket includes all of the above as well as tax and gratuity.
