During the summer months, you’ll find Andy at home grilling, smoking, roasting a chicken and yes, baking pizza on his Big Green Egg. As part of a special partnership with Big Green Egg, we’ve developed a number of classes all about the EGG. Andy will walk you through the elements of the EGG and what makes this grill so versatile, including high-temp grilling, low & slow smoking, roasting and baking. This class is ideal for EGG owners, those looking to buy an EGG, and non-EGG owners alike: you’ll walk away with techniques perfect for the EGG that can transcend cooking equipment. And as with all our classes, we’ll take you through a cocktail demonstration and tasting of a selection of whiskeys from Maker’s Mark. Each guest will receive a comprehensive recipe packet covering all the class recipes, including cocktails.

• Sip on a special Maker’s Mark whiskey cocktail (while learning how to make it!)
• Taste a variety of Maker’s Mark whiskeys, including the Smoke Shop BBQ’s Private Barrel selection.
