Join us at The Smoke Shop BBQ Assembly Row, September 25th for a special, first of it’s kind, Pitmaster Dinner Series featuring World Champion Smokin’ Hoggz BBQ Pitmaster, Bill Gillespie and World Champion IQUE BBQ Pitmaster, Chris Hart.
Each month, we will host some of the world’s most honorable and well-known pitmasters where they will cook, smoke and prepare their Q for you. Your ticket purchase will include passed appetizers and 1 featured cocktail, followed by a family-style seated dinner and Q&A with our featured Pitmasters.

About the Pitmasters:
Bill Gillespie – Founder and Head Pit Master for the World Champion Smokin’Hoggz BBQ team and Author of ‘Secrets to Smoking’. Bill spends his days working for the local utility company as a Design Engineer, but his true passion is grilling and cooking BBQ. For over 25 years Bill has been perfecting his craft in BBQ cooking in his backyard for friends and family. In 2005 Bill joined the BBQ circuit and in 2008 formed Smokin’ Hoggz BBQ. Since then he has gone on to win multiple Grand Championships and numerous awards including New England BBQ Society Team of the Year in 2014 & 2015, the 2011 Jack Daniels World BBQ Championship, and the 2014 American Royal Invitational World Series of BBQ two of the most prestigious BBQ competitions on the circuit. He is also the Author of Secrets to ‘The Secrets to Great Charcoal Grilling on the Weber’, ‘Smoking on the Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker and other Smokers’ and ‘The Smoking Bacon & Hog cookbook: the whole pig and nothing but the pig’.
Chris Hart – Pitmaster of the World Champion IQUE BBQ team and best friend of Andy Husbands, Chris has been on the BBQ circuit for over 20 years. In 2009 IQUE BBQ was the first ever New England BBQ team to win the Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ Championships. Hart and IQUE have been awarded several times for their Brisket, Ribs, Smoked Wings and Chicken. Chris Hart is a co-author of several books including, Wicked Good BBQ, Wicked Good Burgers, Grill to Perfection and in 2017 he and Husbands released, Pitmaster. When he’s not manning his vast variety of smokers, Chris enjoy’s being at home with his wife and children.
