Cookbook Release Party to celebrate Pitmasters Andy Husbands and Chris Hart’s most recent publication, PITMASTER: Recipes, Techniques, and Barbecue Wisdom. 

On April 3rd, The Smoke Shop BBQ is throwing a Cookbook Release Party from 6pm-8pm.  Andy and Chris will be cooking recipes from the book, talking everything barbecue, and signing books. Passed appetizers include central Texas beef ribs on Texas toast, salt & pepper spare ribs, pork skin sandwiches, hush puppies, and city ham on a tiny biscuit.  The bar team will be serving featured cocktails, the Waco Old Fashioned and Bourbon Belle.    

Tickets include entry, passed apps, and one featured cocktail.  PITMASTER will also be available at a discounted price!
