Master Barbecue Class by Pitmaster & Author Chris Hart

Come and learn from the Jack Daniels World Champion Pitmaster Chris Hart.

Chris will teach the same techniques and competition barbecue secrets that won a World Championship of Barbecue.   This Class will focus on Chicken, Brisket, Pork Butt, and Pork Ribs, as well as from scratch rubs, sauces, and finishing glazes.

He will bring several of his smokers and discuss the pros and cons of each.

Following the class will be a Q&A and a BBQ Buffet. Signed copies of Pitmaster & Wicked Good Barbecue will be available at the event.
