Join us at our Seaport location for a private whiskey tasting with Jefferson’s Bourbon. We’ll discuss the elements that shape whiskey including oak aging, barrel finishing, and environmental impact. Named for Thomas Jefferson’s curiosity and experimental spirit, Jefferson’s was founded in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian.
What to eat?
