Brine & Smoke brings together a unique dining experience centered on Congress Street where guests will be treated to a brine and smoke influenced menu with two renowned Boston chefs, Jeremy Sewall of Row 34 and Island Creek Oyster Bar and Andy Husbands of The Smoke Shop BBQ.
The evening begins at Row 34 in Fort Point, where Chef Jeremy will be on hand to treat diners to iconic dishes, such as their Warm Buttered Lobster Roll and Crab Beignet with a Black Pepper Aioli.
After a few courses, guests will take a short walk down the street to The Smoke Shop BBQ (Seaport) for a BBQ dinner with Chef Andy. Guests will enjoy Beef Two Ways along with Smoked Chicken with BBQ legend Chris Lilly’s Alabama White Sauce (not typically on the Smoke Shop BBQ menu).
Both chefs will greet guests at each location and introduce them to their menus. Dinner will conclude with Row 34’s Butterscotch Pudding and The Smoke Shop’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Chess Bars.
